  This place is curious. It could be the jewel of Cameron Park but it kind looks run down. With a few exceptions the businesses turn over a lot and there are always empty spaces. KOBE sushi is too classy to be there and I'm sure misses business because of its location. There is also an unremarkable Mongolian BBQ and a Thai place that has been through a few owners, a Mexican place and a smoke shop and maybe a few other little shops. There is a little train with tracks running around the place but I've never seen it run in the 15 years I've been in Cameron Park.
